I recently got my chat cancelled on Pokerstars for the 2nd time. In these 2 times of getting it revoked, I have been getting sucked out on the river what seems like every other hand. I can't get into a pot without getting some sort of bad beat. i have a few friends and have talked to other people online who say the have the same problems with insane bad beats when their chat gets revoked. It may sound like sour grapes, but if you people see some of the hands I get involved in and the frequency of the hands, you would also be thinking that something fishy is going on.

  1. I get bad beats so often its not even funny. I too was revoked on Pstars for a "chat violation" which is a bunch of c**p. I guess you cant cuss in front of 50 year old men?

Who knows but yeah I lost my whole bank roll after my chat was ban because of total c**p beats!

    =[

Example: I was holding A10, the Bord look like this: 5 A A. So I was holding a three of a kind, Some dude calls me all in on the turn, I definitely call him, he gets a four of a kind with his 5 10 he was holding. because of the turned 5 and 5 so the final Bord looked like this 5 A A 5 5. Complete bull ****.

By the way: I was playing at  25$ blinds table so I threw in over 300 bux on that one hand.

  2. I used to play poker but kept getting bad beats too lol...I don't think there is a commission but what I started doing was setting up small webpages to pmake commissions off poker sites! It is extremely easy and it allows you to make money form online poker! Check this out it explains everything...http://www.winpokercash.com/online-poker... also if that doesn't interest you there is free cash here too http://www.winpokercash.com so you don't have to risk your own money!

  3. I can really recommend this free ebook titled "How to make a living playing poker online". I've learned so much from it, things I haven't found anywhere else.

  4. Nope, most online poker sites are not regulated, and some of them are outright scams!

For example, check out the Absolute Poker scandal, on that site a so called Super Player could see your hole cards. Needless to day he won a lot, and the name turned out to be the same as one of the founders.

Now the same thing seems to be happening at Ultimate Bet - a new scandal there involving several Super Player names who most likely again could see hole cards as they played.

And both those sites are "regulated" according to their websites.

    Just a couple examples.

  5. Not only is there not a "commission" to regulate poker sites,  internet gambling has technically been illegal in this country since passage of the federal Interstate Wire Act of 1961.  Internet gaming sites all originate from outside of the country, beyond the jurisdictional reach of U.S. regulators.  Until the passage of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006, off-shore internet gaming site operators had operated with impunity.  The new law prohibits the transfer of funds between U.S. financial institutions and internet gambling sites.  Enforcement of the Act is presently the subject of hot debate in the U.S. Congress and the Act may yet be repealed altogether.  Meanwhile, some states, including California, are considering legalizing internet gambling that operates entirely within state boundaries, thus circumventing federal jurisdiction and adding to the state’s tax coffers.

Bottom Line:  With internet gaming, 1)  you don’t know who’s operating the site,  2)  you don’t know whether the games are fair.  (My money’s on “not.”),  3)  There’s no state gaming commission or state control board monitoring the action, and  4)  EVERY game in a “virtual” casino is like a slot machine, subject to absolute electronic control and manipulation.

My advice... give yourself a reasonable chance of winning and confine your gaming to a real state-regulated casino located near you.  Oh... and give craps a try!
