Sure.  Lime-Sulfur sprays are organic, and take care of most fungal problems.

The trick with ALL fungicides, though, is that you have to use them BEFORE the problem starts.  It only prevents spread - it doesn't remove the fungus.  Plus, once you see symptoms - there will be more leaves affected that haven't yet shown visible spotting.  So even after you start spray, if you're late, you'll get more spots appearing, as it won't prevent infected leaves from showing discoloration...it will only keep UNinfected leaves from getting it.
