  2. A small one that does is the mailmate at staples - it shreds dvds.

  3. well if they can shred credit cards...sure why not?

  4. Scissors?  Knives?  That's what we use at work to break up packages etc.

  5. Most mid-grade (or higher) strip-cut shredders will shred chipboard, which is like thin cardboard. You are probably pushing your luck with a cross cut shredder. The complexity of the shredder blades in a cross cut paper shredder may cause them to be jammed.
