I wish 18 becuase that's when they are adults.  But I am pretty sure around 30 if you are mature but around 60 if you are not.

The age is a function of internal mental maturity.  If you reach the point of realizing women are intelligent, complex, and emotional humans then you will also have come to the perception that women are very different in many positive ways.  From that point onwards, you will likely find it impossible to view women as "s*x objects".   When a guy reaches this point, women tend to find the guy more attractive.  There is no scientific information from which to draw an answer.  Various of your other responders have quoted popular myth.  Having a larger acquaintanceship with women and a higher intelligence seems to help men reach the "point" sooner.

I honestly think that once a man ties down with that ONE woman. Share an emotional bond, feel the same for each other and be there for one to the other, the whole "s*x , pleasure, " phase will diminish and focus on a more valuable aspect of the woman. Don't get me wrong, the sexual desire will always be there (if still feeling the emotiona bond) BUT the men's perspective of the woman will be different and more respectable, in a way.

As far as I can see no. My Father is 58 and is still perverted and any guy Ive ever dated whether they were my age (23) or 30 they all act the same.
