My friend went to a Riteaid pharmacy and I think she either got it there or they told her where to get it. You do it right there at home and I am really not sure if you get results right there or have to send them in but you can deffinitly look into it, my friend said it was very quick, but not sure how quick. Hope I helped  little. And Yes, in many states it will hold up in court, many states are having low income families do it this way now, that how my friend did it.

No, they don't have instant results! If you take a home test and send it in. It will not hold up in court, it would have to be done my a doctor's office or some other official. DNA tests take time to check.

I believe that they just came out with an at home paternaty test that you can buy at walgreens, but I wouldn't go based on that, and get the answer from the professionals.

There are tests where you can take the sample at home and then send it in, but no instant test.

Yes and No, you would have to order it though. But what happens is you order it do everything that it tells you to do and then send it off. It takes two to four weeks to get the test results back. If the test results come up negative for being the father then go through the proper steps to get a test done through the court. They order for the child to be tested to it can stand up in court.
