Is there a pauls boutique range at birmingham bullring topshop?

I bought a pauls boutique bag from topshop london last week and want to return it. London is really far away from me so I'm wondering if I can take it back to the Birmingham Bullring Topshop? or a smaller topshop that does not have boutiques?

the topshop in the bullring has a seperate boutique im not sure its called pauls you always ring them im sure you could take it back to any topshop though email topshop.com and ask them

birmingham is much better than  london too lol
