  1. If this is a landline, then call your service provider and ask for caller restriction, or call barring, they both do the same thing, you will have a PIN number that you need to enter before making calls, you also have the option to bar and unbar the line as you wish. It will also allow calls to numbers your son may need such as 999, 112, or 911 depending on where you are in the world.

If you have a mobile this has been covered buy most have a way of adding a PIN number to "unlock" the phone before it can be used.

    I hope this helps you?

  2. Hello Sally. Contact your telephone provider and ask them about Outgoing Call Barring. This will enable you you stop calls being made unless a PIN number is entered first.

    Good luck

  3. all phones do.  cell phones that is.  house phones, don't know, haven't had one of those since the dark ages.

  4. hey Sally, call ur provider as there is a way where u have to enter a pin number b4 dialling the phone. hope this helps/xx

  5. call bt, as there is a code number that you can have on, so that it has to be dialled before a number, they will let you know what it is

  6. I guess he has learned to take off the key lock. Most phones have a lock feature, nokia's definately do, called a closed user group. This way, put no numbers in the user group, then to turn it on / off yo have to enter the Pin2 before you can make a call.

  7. yea, on most phones except flip phones you have to press * the the right or left button to lock the phone.
