If you follow the Packers at all, you would have known that all of the injuries (except the broken foot) that he had in previous years were easy to overcome.  In fact, the Packers' trainers say that he would of easily been able to start a game after any of his injuries (except the broken foot obviously).  The fact that he missed those games and was not 2nd string for those games was just a precaution (if you have a QB that has never missed a start, why would you think that you would even need a 2nd string QB).
