Is there a place in Califorina that is based or simular to Peru?

And if so where can I find it ? and if not can you take a weekend to Peru ?

I find LA  similar to lima(the capital of Peru) especially the weather and some parts of the city , beaches etc  but if you really are interested into knowing something about Peru you should go there so you'll see how it is.

Your question is not clear but certainly California has the best weather of USA similar to Arequipa a lot of sunny days and not much rain, some Missions from the Spanish Era and some churches will resemble Peru but won't be the same. If you go to the beach perhaps you may find similar beaches.
