112 Kent St is Place De Ville . I live a block from there. The leasing contacts are Fred Speer 613-783-0900 andMichael Swan 613-783-0946. Call them and ask if there is anyone in suite 213.

When I go out for lunch if I remember I'll look myself and report back.

Odds are if you got a unsolicited offer though it is probably a scam

No There is no K. Financial anywhere in Canada. The closest thing at that address is a patent Agent as below
