Is there a place in Sanabelle that doesn't cost an arm and a leg? I want to go mid Feb.2009?

I have heard so much about Sanabelle in Florida but every package deal is so expensive. Safety, relaxation is always at the top of my list along with cleanliness and access to good eateries and entertainment. If not Sanabelle, any other palces in Florida that are comparable
