There are hundreds of restaurants (as well as fast food joints) in Tijuana, some extremely good (and expensive).  You can start your search here:

You can find Argentinian, Italian, French, Chinese, Japanese, etc. but most will obviously be Mexican.  There are also quite a few McDonald's, Carl's Jr., TGIF, Domino's, if you miss american food.
