Just catch some. Your bound to get a male and a female. They will mate and viola. This method is cheap and more fun than your idea. Good luck and good fishing!

You might check with the wildlife bureau, here in Texas they sell fish and sometimes give them away to stock ponds.

talk to the departement of wildlife. they will sometimes stock your pond in hopes of you letting people fish there. you don't have to give everyone access, but they think this will open more opportunites for fisherman.
