if you have saved them, they can look through your pictures. you can clear them by deleting your browsing history and search engines (it should be under tools)

I've noticed when I look a picture someone has emailed me, I can just press the forward or backward button underneath the picture and I see pics or images that I had forgotten I'd looked at.

there isnt one pace but to solve this clear cookies & history both are in the iexplorer tool section u can also delete any cashed pages,chech my documents

If you saved them to My Pictures from the Start button, then anyone can look at them without you signing in. Email pictures are also saved to My Attachments and My Photos under your inbox. But you would have to be signed in to access that.
