This is a serious question. Does anyone know of a place where there are rolling hills of grass and clear lakes where the clouds are big and fat and seem to roll over the ground? The reason I ask is because I just finished watching Miyazaki's Howl's moving castle and there was a place like that in the movie (about an hour and 20 minutes in). But I wanted to know if a place like that really existed.

  1. As an actual cloud only in high mountains

  2. North Yorkshire Moors

  3. Every where and anywhere fog is.

  4. It is called   FOG

  5. at times, depending on weather conditions, the clouds do touch the ground in higher elevations.

  6. fog is actually a stratus cloud (those flat ones) that have come too close to the earth's surface.. however, i know we don't see these as "clouds"

i would assume somewhere up in the high altitudes though

  7. The lake district in the UK
