Is there a place online that i can buy stuff on paypal using pacos (mexico money) and pay using USD?

like buy from a site online, and use american money in your paypal account and then send money to them in pacos?

you mean Pesos. No, if you were using US dollars you can't possibly then be using pacos....I mean pesos.

There is no unit of money in the world called "pacos."  Your question does not make sense.      You cannot send Paypal any kind of cash.  You must use a credit card or they take it from your bank account.
