Is there a link or website that you can download that shows live satellite footage?

I have seen live video taken from manned orbiters on NASA TV.  When they run these, I don't know.  It's not magnified or interactive.  Just video looking down on the earth.

No.  Do you know how many satellites we'd need in orbit to have live satellite footage of everywhere?  You wouldn't be able to see the sky.  And no one would want to know someone could be watching them all the time.

There are private company's that for a fee will do a fly over of a certain area and take photos of that area ( not live) I saw it on a documentary where they photographed Area 51.

I am sure it is expensive...

Oh yea the military know when these satellites are over head and any secret stuff goes into hangers in Area 51.

you are hoping for something from TV or the movies?.... there are such satellites, but they are government owned and controlled and plain folks like us don't get to use them... best we can get is the weather report.....
