  1. Take them back to your dispenser, they will be very grateful :)

  2. See if the Veterinarian would like them. They prescribe medicine and give samples. They may need them.

  3. pharmacies cannot take them back to reuse them.  This is law.  sorry!  You can find unique ways to use them, though:  give to a friend who is a jewelry crafter for sorting small beads and such.  Same with a friend that has a garage for small screws, nuts, and bolts, etc.  Keep safety pins, paperclips, rubber bands all separated.  Buttons, needles, bobby pins.  Matches, twisty ties from bread bags, thumb tacks.  Reuse them for your vitamins (hey, you better be taking vitamins, right?!).  And then share with others.

  4. And in a landfill they will be there forever.  Try one of the recycling centers in your town. Most cities have recycling programs that your city or waste management company will take care of. What do you do with plastic bottles or containers when you throw them away.  Try recycling, it's great for the earth.
