Is there a place to ride bicycles in dubai?

Oooh, I was going to ask this question too.  I know it sounds silly, but UAE looks so car focused and my hubby really likes to cycle everywhere and he often does it with our 4 year old on the back on a child seat.

He is taking the bike and the seat to Dubai with us... so we were wondering about this.  Thanks for asking!

of course there is! parks! try the corniche everybody knows the corniche you wont miss it!

On the road but it doesn't seem very safe. You could ride on footpaths but there's not many of them. Jumeirah beach road has a bicycle path, and the municipality has said they plan to install more (but they say a lot of things that don't always get done).
