  1. Just contact your local council and have all the paperwork in hand plus if you suspect this, make sure that you have an affidavit from another repair shop that will back this up....

  2. answere two but you better have your facts and not just what you think.

  3. BBB

  4. You could try your local council's Trading Standards team to start with - they may be able to advise you on what you can do about your complaint.

  5. BBB (better business bureau)

  6. BBB wont do anything thats only if they have bad business practices. What you need to do is ask the second garage what exactly went wrong why the problem occurred and if the other shop caused it. If they say the othe shop didnt cause it ur screwed cars do break some times on their own. If they say that the first shop did cause it then take it back to them tell them they broke your car and they are going to fix it if they say no it wasnt then you will have to take them to court.

Or my friend had a similar problem happen and he called his credit card company told them what happened and they cancelled the transaction and since the company knew they were wrong they never asked for the money back and he got to keep a blown motor with some salavable parts.

  7. we might be able to help you better if you told us what happened? if you don't want to go into it try the CAB(Citizens Advice Bureau) or Trading Standards

  8. also go on vosa website ,some good links there
