Is there a place where you can download this arrow for a bullet for Microsoft Word 2007?

Question

its on a flickr slideshow and when you get there first it will show a picture of a cartoon mouse that someone messed up with Paint. go to the next slide and their will be a little green arrow that I took a screen clipping of on my computer. thats the arrow i want for a bullet

I'm not seeing a way to add a bullet to the bullet list.  However, since you have a screen clipping, clean it up in your graphics program, size it and save it.  Then when you want it to appear as your bullet, go to Insert > Picture, and insert it in your text.  Once you have it, you can copy and paste it where you want.  You might also look at Insert > Shapes.  There are arrows there, but not the color you want.  Go to Shape Fill to find your green.  Copy and Paste as needed.
