Is there a plant or flower that deters Canadian Geese?

The spot is for my mothers grave site. There seems to be an infestation of these birds all of a sudden. Does anyone know of any eco way of deterring them to other parts of the cemetery. The plot is not by water and in the middle of a field with a road surrounding it. So i don't know why they are attracted to this particular spot.

A real thick bramble of roses. The attraction for them is nice green short grass in an open field. They love that well fertilized lust grass and the fact nothing can sneak up on them
