There is a kit, but its quite expensive, its made by A Loop.

There is a website http://www.aloop.com/ that has a lot of XR conversion parts on it.

I have the kit for my 400, and it looks pretty cool. You do need to buy a tank, seat, fairings, and to do it properly, new rear gaurd as well though.
