  1. Bloomquist i have as the 2nd light hitting with his 1 dbl and 0 triples 0 hrs in 133at bats. 3rd i have Jason Bartlett  who has 9 dbls 1 triple 0 hrs in 276 at bats.  But my #1 would have to go to Joey Gathright who in 247 at bats has 2 doubles 1 triple 0 hrs.  Now if Willie can keep up his strength and keep up his tare he can have my vote cause Joey is on the DL and willie should catch his at bats if he doesn't get sent to the minors 1st.  Very good topic though!

  2. Nyjer Morgan of the Pirates. He was hitting .143 this season with no homers and 2 RBI before being mercifully sent down.

  3. no to bad the mariners stink

  4. He's pretty light-hitting alright, but he gets a lot of walks so his OBP is decent, and he steals a lot of bases.

In 1989 the Indians' Felix Fermin had 562 plate appearances and only 9 doubles, 1 triple. He also had 26 errors at shortstop. I don't know how he kept his job.
