Yes, the top notch journals like Poetry, Crazyhorse, Kenyon Review, Southern Review, the New Yorker, and quite a few lesser-known journals do, like the Rambler and the Sigurd Journal.

Most journals just pay in contributor copies.

im not sure but try poetry.com but make sure there not a scam though becuase they charge you money
