revoke all precedent.  All interpretations of law should be made on a case by case basis.  Revoke Common law, its not mentioned in the Constitution.

Yes. In CA we have a real stupid "assault weapons" ban that no other state has. And in light of the SCOTUS ruling, we should appeal it.
