Depends how much there is if it's a massive amount then maybe that could be too much but that's really rare a slight overhang is normal and isn't too much.

In all seriousness - it is possible, you may also find that it does not retract fully when erect - shouldnt cause problems but is it is sore during s*x or keeps getting infected then there are things that can be done surgically if you wish.

Extra attention to hygeine is important as the warm, moist and airless environment could cause recurrent infections.
