Is there a problem with black mold in eugene oregon?

I heard there was a big problem with mold in eugene. I am wondering how true it is and what people do about it. What about mold problems in medford or portland or Bend oregon? We are thinking of moving to one of those cities in the next year.

There is a big mold problem in the Northwest.  Not so much in Medford.  But I would never want to live in Medford, eww.  It's worse in WA state.  Keep your house well ventilated.  Carefully inspect where you will be living.  Make sure it has good ventilation system.
