Is there a product that converts a regular public playground swing into a "toddler" swing?

I am looking for this item to use for a small child with autism who loves to swing, but unfortunately the playground he visits does not have the type of swings used for babies or toddlers. I thought a portable harness to attach to regular swings would be perfect but have been unable to find one in my online searches. Does one exist and if so, where can I purchase it?

never heard of one...maybe you can ask the play ground (who ever runs it) to replace one of the big kid swings for you.
