Is there a program that will allow me to upload my family tree to gensereunited and ancestry?

everytime I find new information I have to update both trees

so is there a file I can use to upload my main tree to websiteS?

If you dont have a family tree programme, download PAF for free from here

http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/default....

Once you have entered all your data, save a file in gedcom format.

You can then use this to upload to any site.
