Is there a program to edit a dvd that is already burnt onto the disk?

i wanted to cut some parts out of the movie that i already burnt onto the disk, is there anyway i can still do that?

  1. No, DVDs are not editable. You have to edit it on your computer and then burn the new video onto the disk.

  3. Rip the dvd using a dvd ripping program edit the parts out using windows movie maker or imovie(depending what OS you use), then burn it as a movie onto a dvd.

    Sadly you cant edit already burnt dvds.
