Is there a program where I can transfer music and pictures into my blackberry pearl?

I already have the blackberry phone tools but it doesn't seem to work. Is there any other program I can use to transfer my files?

Do you have a microSD card in your blackberry?

If not, you should get one.

I use Blackberry Desktop Manager to transfer files to my Pearl, and also to my laptop. You can get an update from the BB Pearl site user manual...

or you can just  hook  your  berry to the computer and copy and paste or click and drag

i got the desktop mangager thing and i hate it!!

if it works for you great.

but what i do is i save everything on my computer or a usb drive/stick thingy. and i have a memory card i put into adaptor (like a memory card for a camera) and i put up 2 my computer (like the same screen but 2 of the pages) but one of the says like pictures and on the second screen it has the pictures i want on my phone and i just drag and drop into the other screen. easy as pie.

and i like to save it to a usb drive/stick thingy so if my phone suddenly erases itself (like what it did like 2 months ago from my bro) i have everything saved on that so i can put it back on my phone fast.
