Is there a programme on a computer that can be used to shuffle or pick things at random?

Like a raffle ticket picking style thing, so you like put in information and each choice is picked at random

yes there are programs that do that, you can use other programs like things that come with timer tools selector tools (google these)

I really need to figure out how to make one and I will get one eventully.

no but you can just move your mouse around the screen randomly and play a song then when the song stops, click whatever your mouse is on i guess lol
