I'm referring to something of a WIN-WIN proverb which deals with friendship. Something like.. your friends gotta succeed so you can succeed

I don't know of the proverb but it is talking about the importance of team-work.

It sounds like a motivational quote from a poster at work, or something a motivational speaker might say. But this is close.
