Is there a "Frebel" college in Dublin?? (not heard so clearly)

A friend of mine was talking about where she studies in Dublin (to be a teacher) and the name of the college sounded like "Frebel" or "Freb"... is there anything like that?? We were actually talking in Irish so she said "coláiste frebel" but I don't think the pronunciation of the name would change. Any similarly sounding colleges appreciated!! :)
