Is there a"cooling off" period for holiday bookings made by telephone?

I have booked a holiday package by telephone and was quoted £90 for tranfer from airport to hotel. I now find I can do the tranfer much cheaper privately am I entitled to canel the transfer part of the package?

I think there used to be a 14 day colling off period when you booked a package holiday but there never was a cooling off period for a component of the trip. If all you wish to do is cancel the transfer, you are relying on the goodwill of the travel agent who sold you the transfer.
