Question:

Is there a "perfect,I address all issues", type of Question? Why do so many here at YA demand such a thing?

I consider this a fair Q to ask after asking over 1700 Q's in 2 years and being the vic of people whose favorite passtime is attacking the asker for asking the Q, or taking the Q apart expecting it to be perfect in everyway. Worse than that, the reverse Q's and attempts to highjack the Q, are really annoying!

  1. Plain and simple my friend. Demands! For there are needs. Need to be taken in consideration not just by earning points. Every time you enter your input, either you want to contribute to that need or you are demanding for anything which you can only know your motive in the first place.

  2. The real question is.....

    (Just kidding)

I think answers should take for granted the category the Q was asked in.  For example, I would answer the same question differently depending on what section it was asked in...be it, philosophy, politics, homework, etc.

The same question could legitimately be asked in any of the above 3 mentioned categories.  I take it upon myself to assume that the asker willfully chose the particular category.  Consequently, this helps to clarify unstated aspects or intent of the Q.

  3. 1700 Qs in 2 yrs!!! You were supposed to ask this Q long before. I do feel same like you. I don't have any answer to your Q, since 3-4 times I was been warned for my answers ( and my Qs were removed too)!

I liked your additional details, where you typed 2 lines at the very end: "Don't feel comfort? Skip it"

    Thanks for a timely Q

  4. I think you should clearly explain what prompts the question in the first place, and there should be a feeling among the readers that you are genuinely interested in a well reasoned response.

If the question is either asking the audience to iterate views you have no intention of changing, or contradict you (so that you get to be 'different' or 'radical') or is rhetorical, or unanswerable (the meaning of life type) then you are asking for trouble...
