Is there a "play" version of the movie Girl, Interrupted? And where can I find the script??

Girl, Interrupted is like my favorite movie ever, and I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a play version of the movie and where I can find it. Because I really want to recommend it to my drama teacher.

I have no idea if there is a play idea, I just thought I'd say : I adore this movie, it's my favorite too =D. I was in the drama club in highschool and we participated in a competition each year called the Sears Ontario Drama Festival.... if it would've fit within the time restricitons, this would've made such a great entry =D good luck, hope you find what you're looking for.
