  1. hi you

yes and there and there is one for the best the only thing is i dont dont know what the sites are

  2. Consumer reports publishes an issue yearly about Airline performance, you could probably find it there...

  3. As a British Airways employer who *crinces* works in the baggage hall tracing lost baggage, i can say we are pretty high up there.

B.A. Fly to an million place so of corse bags are going to be lost, but they are easily tracked, traced and delivered within a reasonable time

I do not however, no of a table, but im guessing it would have to be relative to the amount to destinations the airline flies to.

  4. Good question. If you find out, let us know.

British Airways is probably the worst by now.

    Too bad!

  5. Hiya I don't know about a site with ranking but for me British Airways is definitely is the worst in losing luggage. Aside from the popular Hearthrow 5 fiasco, they lost my luggage for 2 days when I went to California for a vacation a few weeks ago. I've received no compensation or apology though I've told them I wasn't able to change clothes for 2 days. They're unbelievable and will never use them again.

  6. This may help as far as European airlines are concerned.  TAP Air Portugal were worst in 2007, and British Airways were 2nd worst.

Funny you should ask this today, as only this morning a courier brought my neighbour's suitcase to his house, which went missing on his return from Copenhagen to Heathrow with.............. BA.

  7. yes, but the results got lost in transit at heathrow
