Start online survey with 'treasuretrooper' & 'cashcrate'. they are legit & will send you payment via 'paypal account' or via 'check'.

I've used http://www.zoomerang.com/ in the past and I've been very happy with it.  Also I've received surveys from http://www.surveymonkey.com/.  I believe they are free too.
