...for wearing a jacket when jogging or exercising? :)

  1. yeah if it s cold! I do not exercise on purpose though.


  2. Sometimes its a bit cool when I start jogging so I have a jacket on.  As I warm up I can unzip it.  Of course I do not run very fast so there are times I never really un zip it :)

  3. 2 keep u warm probs n make u sweat coz if u sweat u loose more weight


  4. If you dress in winter clothing you sweat more but it also means you heat up faster and cant run as far.

    Where as with summer clothes you don't heat up as fast or as much but you can run a whole lot further.

    Its all about preference, neither makes you lose more weight then the other, it also depends on your personal fitness on which method you use.

  5. Prollie cause people are insecure still and don't want others to see the jiggle bouncing around everywhere.
