Is there a relation between the movie wanted and assassins creed ?

Wanted is based on a miniseries - reprinted as a graphic novel - by Mark Millar and JG Jones.  It came out long before Assassin's Creed even began development.

Also, Wanted takes place in modern times, Assassin's Creed (mostly) does not.

I don't think they're similar at all except that they both have to do with Assassins.

Other than having assassins in them, no.
