Is there a relay for reverse lights on a '96 SAAB 900S that I do not know of?

The fuse works and the bulbs are fine too.

  1. There's actually a reverse light switch that's probably flaking out. I would recommend going to Saabnet in the NG900/OG9-3 board (http://www.saabnet.com/tsn/bb/NG900/) and typing "reverse light switch" into the search bar. You will get lots of helpful information there.
