You can never experience a country until you experience their food.

  1. Is McDonalds considered traditional?

  2. YES!!!

The Best Wiener Schnitzel in town is at Centimeter.  You get a gigantic plate of Schnitzel and french fries with unlimited ketcup for about 7 euros which is very ecomnomical.  You can also enjoy a traditional Austrian Bier (I recommend Zipfer or Ottakringer).  Or eat at Siebenstern where they have other Austrian specialties, I recommend the Käsespätzle.  They also have their own brewery.  The food here is also very reasonable.  Both restaurants are located in the 7th Bezirk in Wien (Vienna), which is very central.  Both restaurants have websites also.

    Guten Appetit!

  3. Yes all you have to do is to go to a hotel concierge and ask them where one is.
