Is there a restaurant where you're given a hat?

I have seen pictures of people in a certain restaurant....well it's looks like a bar, maybe like an applebees, with these long hats made of paper and they have funny sayings on them, like "my parents told me to run away" or "I still we the bed" or "I stuff my bra". I don't think it's just one restaurant there's more that one. Does anybody know what it's called?
