There isn't one at the moment, but there is going to be one soon.

Disneyland's California Adventure Park in LA is undergoing and HUGE renovation/upgrade in 2009. Its going to spend as much on the changes as it did on the initial construction of the park, due to the park not being as popular as they had hoped. The Car themed ride will be at the California Adventure Park

The ride is going to be called 'Radiator Springs Racers', and apparently going to be the most expensive ride they'll add during the upgrade,

I'll be there late 2008, so I'll just miss out! Oh well, more of an excuse to go back there!

No yet but there will be. It's set to open in 2012 at Disney's California Adventure.
