Is there a rule against two people resigning on the same day here?

Coz I was told so by one of my friends and I thought it pretty stupid that the two people resigning on the same day would be refused their letters of approval.

  1. there is no such rule anywhere in the world.


  2. Not as  a hard and fast rule, but if the company is small and by losing 4 guys in a day loses half the total number of employees, then i guess it might not be allowed.

    company polices differ too.

  4. Not at all my friend. One of my friend had done this in past. It's obvious that the boss would be upset , but it's their decision to do it.

    so that's not a problem for them
