Is there a run command that can extract rar files with a password?

long story, don't need to know how it all goes down but in the end i have a rar that has a password and i need to get in this rar but i dont have the password, any run commands that takes the password off or can extract regardless of a password?

No. But you can try RAR password recovery tools. Still you should have some idea about the password like how many characters, is there any special character for it to work properly.
