if so, in which stores? my friend wants to kno so we could go shopping there, but apparently, she's too lazy to find out lolz

The mall itself doesn't have sales, it's each store. There's ALWAYS something on sale in every store, especially in a mall. You can always check the websites of the stores you like, and if they have a sale online, they are usually having a sale in the store. But, you should just get out there and look!
