Is there a satellite to track when a gps system is used?

my gps was recently stolen from my car, and i was wondering if there was a website or anything that could track a gps while its in use, so i could possible track down my gps if and when its used. thanks for any help

a GPS is a receiver only.

um, yes. but, idk if there is a website. u could probably just report it and the police could track it.
